Gary Williams

Gary obtained his Masters of Business Administration degree in 1967 and has been involved in various aspects of Real Estate (investor, financing, conversions, rentals and sales) since then. In 1988, he completed a successful oil industry career as Corporate Vice President Administration of Asamera Inc, an international oil, gas and mining company. Real Estate then became his main focus and he quickly became a top achiever - Calgary Real Estate Board Award of Merit, Re/Max Platinum Club, International Hall of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement Award - the highest recognition..

Matt Williams

Matt graduated from the University of Victoria, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in the spring of 2004.  This education allowed him to join the Real Estate Investment team at Colliers International.  Specializing in Multi-Family apartment evaluation and marketing, he gained valuable commercial transaction experience.  With this experience, Matt seized the opportunity within the condo conversion market.  This hand's on real estate purchase, renovation, and sale concept was a great addition to Matt's growing knowledge base.  In the spring of 2009, Matt and Gary joined forces to provide Calgary a real estate team that values honesty, integrity, and un-matched customer service.

Ben Leonard

Ben began his Real Estate career 8 years ago with Re/Max Realty Specialists in Mississauga, Ontario. Working with a high volume team, he was able to gain extensive experience in the marketing and selling aspects of residential real estate. After coming back west, he began exploring opportunities in renovations and development completing a number of projects in Calgary and Edmonton. This knowledge, combined with unmatched marketing ability and drive gives Ben a distinct advantage in the sale process.
